insert in lieu thereof the following:

Parent Award means: Charitable Institutions (Professional
Staff Social Workers) Award; Charitable Institutions (Professional Paramedical
Staff) (State) Award; Charitable, Aged and Disability Care Services (State)
Award; Nursing Homes, &c., Nurses' (State) Award; and Nurses, &c.,
Other Than In Hospitals, &c. (State) Award.
2. This
variation shall take effect on and from 23 November 2001.
