1. Delete clause
2, Definitions, of the said award published 7 May 1999 (309 I.G. 196), and
insert in lieu thereof the following:
2. Definitions
Parent Award means: Miscellaneous Gardeners, &c. (State)
Award; Miscellaneous Workers' - General Services (State) Award; Miscellaneous
Workers Home Care Industry (State) Award; Cemetery and Crematoria Employees
(State) Award; Motels, Accommodation and Resorts, &c. (State) Award; and
Transport Industry - Mixed Enterprises Interim (State) Award.
2. This
variation shall take effect on and from 23 November 2001.
