VARIATION
1. Insert after
subclause 37.6, Rostered Days Off, of clause 37, Personal Carer's Leave, of the
said award published 23 November 2001 (329 I.G. 748), as varied, the following
new subclause 37.7:
37.7 The provisions
of this clause will have no application to employees of bodies established by
the Catholic Church to propagate religion.
2. This variation
shall take effect on and from 23 November 2001.
