VARIATION
1. Insert after
paragraph 1 of clause 1.5, Area, Incidence and Duration of Part 1 of the award
published 2 August 1991 and award review published 8 June 2001 (325 I.G. 209),
the following new sentence:
This award rescinds and replaces the Metal Badge
Workers (State) Award published 4 June 1969, reprinted 15 February 1984 and
further reprinted 2 August 1991 and award review published 7 December 2001 (330
I.G. 148).
2. Insert after
Division AD - Industrial Instrumentation, of subclause 1.3, Comparative
Schedule of Old Classifications and New Broadbanded Wage Levels of Schedule A -
Classification Definitions, the following new classifications:
These Classifications were as they appeared in the
Metal Badge Workers (State) Award prior to its rescission on 31 December 2001.
