VARIATION
1. Delete
subclause (xi) of clause 4, Classification Structure and Wages, of the award
published 2 August 1996 and the reviewed award published 1 December 2000 (320
I.G. 789), as varied, and insert in lieu thereof the following:
(xi) State Wage
Case Adjustments - The rates of pay in this award include the adjustments
payable under the State Wage Case of 2002.
These adjustments may be offset against:
(a) any equivalent
over award payments; and/or
(b) award wage
increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case, and minimum
rates adjustments.
2. Delete Part
E, Monetary Rates and insert in lieu thereof the following:
