VARIATION
1. Delete
subclause (d) of clause 6A, State Wage Case Adjustments, of the award published
30 June 1995 and the reviewed award published 5 October 2001 (328 I.G. 261), as
varied, and insert in lieu thereof the following:
(d) The rates of
pay in this award include the adjustments payable under the State Wage Case
2002. These adjustments may be offset against:
(i) any
equivalent overaward payments, and/or
(ii) award wage
increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case, and minimum
rates adjustments.
2. Delete Table
1 - Total Rates, of Part B, Monetary Rates, and insert in lieu thereof the
following:
