VARIATION
1. Delete
subclause 5.2.1, Safety Net Adjustments, of clause 5.2, Wages, of the award published
1 September 2000 (318 I.G. 236), as varied, and insert in lieu thereof the
following:
5.2.1 State Wage Case
Adjustments
The rates of pay in this award include the adjustment
payable under the State Wage Case of May 2002.
This adjustment may be offset against.
(a) any equivalent
over-award payments; and/or
(b) award wage
increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case and minimum
rates adjustments.
