VARIATION

 

 

1.          Delete clause 3.8, Safety Net Adjustments, of the award published 30 June 2000 (316 I.G. 961), and insert in lieu thereof the following:

 

3.8.  Safety Net Adjustments

 

The rates of pay in this award include the adjustments payable under the State Wage Case 2001.  These adjustments may be offset against:

 

(a)        any equivalent overaward payments;  and/or

 

(b)        award wage increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case, and minimum rates adjustments.

 

 

2.          Delete Tables 1A - Wages, 1B - Lime Making Wages, and 2 - Other Rates and Allowances, of Part 7, Monetary Rates, and insert in lieu thereof the following:

3.          This variation shall take effect from the beginning of the first full pay period to commence on or after 10 August 2002.
