ERRATUM

 

1.          Substitute the figure "$8.50" appearing in clause 7(v)(c), with "$9.50".

 

2.          Substitute the figures "$8.50" appearing in clause 14, with "$9.50".

 

3.          Substitute the figures "$74.80, $92.50 and 51 cents" appearing in clause 23, with "$78.40, $96.90 and 53 cents".

 

4.          Substitute the figure "$7.60" appearing in clause 33(i), with "$7.80".
