VARIATION
1. Delete
subclause (v) of clause 13, Wages and Classification Structure, of the award
published 4 May 2001 (324 I.G. 579), and insert in lieu thereof the following:
(v) The rates of
pay in this award include the adjustments payable under the State Wage Case
2002. These adjustments may be offset against:
(a) Any equivalent
over award payments.
(b) Award wage
increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case and minimum
rate adjustments.
2. Delete Table
1 - Wage Rates, and Table 2 - Other Rates and Allowances, of Part B, Monetary
Rates, and insert in lieu thereof the following:
