VARIATION
1. Delete all
references to Part C - Industry/Skill Level Rates and Appendix A -
Industry/Skill Levels, wherever appearing in the award published 27 July 2001
(326 I.G. 429).
2. Delete clause
25, Training Wage, of the award and insert in lieu thereof the following:
25. Training Wage
See the AWU Training Wage (State) Award 2002 published 5
April 2002 (332 I.G. 522), as varied, or any successor industrial instrument.
3. This variation
shall take effect from the first full pay period to commence on or after 6
September 2002.
