VARIATION
1. Delete all
references to Table 3 - Trainee Weekly Rates - Industry/Skill Level A, Table 4
- Trainee Weekly Rates - Industry/Skill Level B, Table 5 - Trainee Weekly Rates
- Industry/Skill Level C and Table 6 - School Based Traineeships, of Part B,
Monetary Rates, wherever appearing in the award published 9 November 2001 (329
I.G. 366).
2. Delete all
reference to Appendix A - Industry/Skill Levels, from the award.
3. Delete clause
28, Traineeships, of the award and insert in lieu thereof the following:
28. Training Wage
See the AWU Training Wage (State) Award 2002 published 5
April 2002 (332 I.G. 522), as varied, or any successor industrial instrument.
4. This
variation shall take effect from the first full pay period to commence on or
after 6 September 2002.
