VARIATION
1. Delete all
references to Part C, Monetary Rates - Traineeships and Appendix A -
Industry/Skill Levels, wherever appearing in the award published 23 November
2001 (329 I.G. 889).
2. Delete clause
33, Training Wage, of the award and insert in lieu thereof the following:
33. Training Wage
See the AWU Training Wage (State) Award 2002 published 5
April 2002 (332 I.G. 522), as varied, or any successor industrial instrument.
3. This
variation shall take effect from the first full pay period to commence on or
after 6 September 2002.
