VARIATION

 

1.          Delete subclause 4.2 of clause 4, Salaries, of the award published 26 November 1999 (312 I.G. 341) and insert in lieu thereof the following:

 

4.2        The rates of pay in this award include the adjustments payable under the State Wage Case 2002.  These adjustments may be offset against:

 

(a)        any equivalent over-award payments; and/or

 

(b)       award wage increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net. State Wage Case, and minimum rates adjustments.

 

2.          Delete Table 1 - Salaries, of Part B, Monetary Rates, and insert in lieu thereof the following:

3.          This variation shall take effect from the beginning of the first pay period to commence on or after 13 September 2002 and shall remain in force thereafter a period of twelve months.
