VARIATION

 

1.          Delete paragraph (b) of subclause (x) of clause 1, Classification Structure and Salaries, of the award published 4 September 1998 (306 I.G. 452) and insert in lieu thereof:

 

(i)         The rates of pay in this award include the adjustments payable under the State Wage Case 2002. These adjustments may be offset against:

 

(a)        any equivalent over-award payments; and/or

 

(b)       award wage increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case, and minimum rates adjustments.

 

2.          Delete subclauses (i) and (iii) of Table 1 - Salaries, of Part B, Monetary Rates, and insert in lieu thereof:
