VARIATION
1. Delete
subclause (d) of clause 7, Wages, of the award published 10 August 2001 (326
I.G. 893) and insert the following in lieu thereof:
(d) The rates in this
award include the adjustments payable under the State Wage Case of May
2002. These adjustments may be offset
against:
(i) any
equivalent over-award payments; and/or
(ii) award wage
increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case and minimum
rates adjustments
2. Delete Part
B, Monetary Rates and insert the following in lieu thereof:

Table 1 - Weekly Rates - Industry/Skill Level A
Where the accredited training course and work performed are for
the purpose of generating skills which have been defined for work at Skill
Level A.

3. This variation
shall take effect from the first full pay period on or after 30 August 2002 and
remain in force for 12 months.
