Application by New South Wales Independent Education Union, an industrial organisation of employees.

VARIATION

 

1.          Delete subclause (d) of clause 7, Wages, of the award published 10 August 2001 (326 I.G. 893) and insert the following in lieu thereof:

 

(d)        The rates in this award include the adjustments payable under the State Wage Case of May 2002.  These adjustments may be offset against:

 

(i)         any equivalent over-award payments; and/or

 

(ii)        award wage increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case and minimum rates adjustments

 

2.          Delete Part B, Monetary Rates and insert the following in lieu thereof:
