VARIATION
1. Delete Clause
15, Arbitrated Safety Net Adjustments, of the award published 1 March 2002 (331
I.G. 1006), and insert in lieu thereof the following:
15. Arbitrated Safety
Net Adjustments
The rates of pay in this award include the adjustments
payable under the State Wage Case of 2002. These adjustments may be offset
against:
(i) any
equivalent overaward payments; and/or
(ii) award
wage increases since 29 May 1991 other than
Safety Net, State Wage Case, and Minimum Rates Adjustments.
2. Delete Table
1 - Rates of Pay, of Part B - Monetary Rates, and insert in lieu thereof the
following:
