VARIATION

 

1.          Delete paragraph 5.2.1 State Wage Case Adjustments, of subclause 5.2, Wages, of the award published 1 September 2000 (318 I.G. 236), and insert in lieu thereof the following:

 

5.2.1     State Wage Case Adjustments

 

The rates of pay in this award include the adjustment payable under the State Wage Case of May 2003.  This adjustment may be offset against:

 

(a)        any equivalent over-award payments; and/or

 

(b)       award wage increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case and minimum rates adjustments.
