VARIATION
1. Insert after
subclause (iii), of Appendix A Milk Treatment &c., and Distribution (State)
Award - Clause 6, Rates of Pay, of the award published 1 August 2003 (340 I.G.
710), the following new subclause:
(iv) Add to the
above clause a new allowance (xiv) as follows:
High-Reach Forklift
An employee employed in the UHT Warehouse at Wetherill
Park who has a current forklift licence and is called upon to operate a
High-Reach Forklift will be paid the High-Reach Forklift allowance contained
herein. Employees who normally work in
other sections of the plant who hold the appropriate licence will be paid the
allowance only for the days when they actually operate the High-Reach Forklift.
2. Insert at the
end of Appendix C Milk Treatment &c., and Distribution (State) Award -
Allowances, the following new allowance:

3. This
variation will take effect from the first full pay period commencing on or
after 21 November 2003.
