ERRATUM

 

1.          Delete clause 40, Area, Incidence and Duration of the award published 24 October 2003 (341 IG. 20) and insert in lieu thereof the following:

 

40.  Area, Incidence and Duration

 

This award rescinds and replaces the Clerical and Administrative Employees (State) Award published 14 February 1997 (296 I.G. 619) and all variations thereto to the extent that it applies to employees employed in any clerical capacity whatsoever by an employer, as defined in Clause 3 of this award, in the State of New South Wales excluding the County of Yancowinna but shall exclude employees covered by the following award in force from time to time; the Real Estate Industry (State) Award.

 

No right or entitlement accrued under the Clerical and Administrative Employees (State) Award shall be affected by the coming into operation of this award.

 

This award shall take effect from the first pay period to commence on or after 1 March 2002 and shall operate for two years.

 

Notwithstanding any other provisions, this award shall not apply to employees whose service ceased, for any reason, prior to the date on which this award was made.
