VARIATION
1. Delete the
amount of $1.66 appearing in paragraph 20.1.2 (at number 20 (e)) of clause 20,
Wage Rates of the award published 15 June 2001 (325 I.G. 480) and insert in
lieu thereof the following amount:

2. Delete
paragraph 20.8.1 of subclause 20.8 of the said clause 20, and insert in lieu
thereof the following:
20.8.1 Arbitrated
safety net adjustment - The rates of pay in this award include the adjustments
payable under the State Wage Case - 2003.
These adjustments may be offset against:
(a) any equivalent
overaward payments; and/or
(b) award wage
increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case, and minimum
rates adjustments.
3. Delete Part
I, Monetary Rates and insert in lieu thereof the following:
