REVIEWED AWARD
1. Renumber
clauses 37A, Deduction of Union Membership Fees to read as clause 38, and
clause 38, Area, Incidence and Duration in clause 1, Arrangement, to read as
clause 39, of the award published 8 December 2000 (320 I.G. 1139).

2. Delete clause
5, Enterprise Arrangements and insert in lieu thereof the following:

3. Delete the
words "Eight-hour Day" in clause 16 Holidays, and insert in lieu
thereof the following:
"Labour Day"
4. Delete the
words "personal carer's Leave" wherever appearing in subclause (iii)
of clause 18 Bereavement Leave, and insert in lieu thereof the following:
"Personal/Carer's Leave"
5. Delete the
words "Fisheries and Oyster Farms Act 1935"in subclause (ii)
of clause 30 Definitions, and insert in lieu thereof the following:
"Fisheries Act 1935"
6. Delete the
words "Employment National" in paragraph (vi) of subclause (D) of
clause 33 Redundancy, and insert in lieu thereof the following:
"Centrelink"
7. Delete the
words "NOTATION" in subclause (c) of clause 37 Superannuation, and
insert in lieu thereof the following:
NOTATION: Employer contributions under relevant
legislation are set at 9% from 1 July 2002.
8. Insert a new
paragraph in clause 39 Area, Incidence and Duration.
The changes made to the award pursuant to the Award
Review under section 19(6) of the Industrial Relations Act 1996 and
Principle 26 of the Principles for Review of Awards made by the Industrial
Relations Commission of New South Wales on 28 April 1999 (310 I.G. 359) take
effect on and from 5 February 2004.
This award remains in force until varied or rescinded,
the period for which it was made already having expired.
