REVIEWED AWARD
1. Delete
subclauses (i) and (ii) of clause 2, Definitions, of the award published 16
June 2000 (316 I.G. 552) and insert in lieu thereof the following:
(i) “Graduate-at-Law”
shall mean a person who has completed a course of study which is recognised as
an academic qualification for admission by the Supreme Court of New South Wales
and who is registered as a student of a Practical Legal Training Course listed
in the Fourth Schedule of the Legal
Practitioners Admission Rules 1994 in force under the Legal Profession Act 1987.
(ii) “Continuing
practical training” means a course of practical legal training listed in the Fourth Schedule of the Legal Practitioners
Admission Rules 1994.
2. The changes
made to the award pursuant to the Award Review pursuant to section 19(6) of the
Industrial Relations Act 1996 and Principle 26 of the Principles for
Review of Awards made by the Industrial Relations Commission of NSW on 28 April
1999 (310 I.G. 359) and take effect on 15 December 2003
