VARIATION
1. Delete
paragraph (ii) of subclause (A) of clause 24 Redundancy, of the award published
3 November 2000 (319 I.G. 1065), and insert in lieu thereof the following:
(ii) This clause
shall only apply to employers who employ 15 or more employees immediately prior
to the termination of employment of employees.
2. This
variation shall come into effect from the first full pay period to come into
effect on or after 11 March 2004.
