REVIEWED AWARD
1. Renumber in
the Arrangement of the award published 30 March 2001 (323 I.G. 565), clause
30A, Deduction of Union Membership to read as clause 31 and renumber the
existing clause 31, Area, Incidence and Duration to read as clause 32.

2. Delete the
words "Paragraph (d)" in paragraph (d) of subclause (1) of clause 1,
Hours, and insert in lieu thereof the following:

number "20" in subparagraph (iv) of paragraph (e) of subclause (1) of
clause 1, Hours, and insert in lieu thereof the following:

4. Delete
paragraphs (d) and (e) of subclause (2) of clause 1, Hours, and insert in lieu
thereof the following:
(d) The ordinary
hours of night work shall be worked on either of the following basis:
(i) seven hours,
36 minutes continuous per night; or
(ii) eight hours
continuous per night, provided 24 minutes thereof ("accrued time")
accrues toward a rostered day off within the meaning of paragraphs (a), (b) and
(c) of subclause (3) hereof.
(e) All time
worked in excess of the ordinary hours of work as defined in subparagraphs (i)
and (ii) of paragraph (d) hereof shall be overtime and paid at overtime rates.
5. Delete the
words "subclauses (4) and (5)" in paragraph (c) of subclause (3) of
clause 1, Hours, and insert in lieu thereof the following:
paragraphs (d) and (e)
6. Delete the
words "rostered paid" in paragraph (h) of subclause (3) of clause 1,
Hours, and insert in lieu thereof the following:
rostered days off
7. Renumber
paragraph (d) of subclause (4) of clause 1, Hours, to read as subclause (5).

words "clause 10" in subclause (3) of clause 7, Sundays and Holidays
Payment, and insert in lieu thereof the following:

14. Insert the
words "the employee" directly before the words "shall be paid an

15. Delete the
words "Anti-Discrimination Act, 1977" in subclause (3) of
clause 18, Anti-Discrimination and Harassment, and insert in lieu thereof the
following:

paragraph (g) of subclause (4) of clause 19, Redundancy, and insert in lieu
thereof the following:
(g) Centrelink
Separation Certificate - The employer shall, upon receipt of a request from an
employee whose employment has been terminated, provide to the employee an
"Employment Separation Certificate" in the form required by
Centrelink.
17. Delete
subclause (1) of clause 22, Accommodation and Keep, and insert in lieu thereof
the following:

18. Delete the
word "on" in the first line of the first paragraph of clause 26, Jury
Service.
19. Delete the
word "wage" in clause 26, Jury Service, and insert in lieu thereof
the following:

20. Delete the
Notation to subclause (c) of clause 27, Superannuation, and insert in lieu
thereof the following:
Notation: Employer contributions under relevant
legislation are set at 9% from 1st July 2002.
21. The changes
made to the award pursuant to the Award Review pursuant to section 19(6) of the
Industrial Relations Act 1996 and Principle 26 of the Principles for
Review of Awards made by the Industrial Relations Commission of NSW on 28 April
1999 (310 I.G. 359) and take effect on 15 April 2004.
This award remains in force until varied or rescinded,
the period for which it was made already having expired.
