ERRATUM

 

1.          Delete subclauses 3.6 of clause 3, Definitions, and insert in lieu thereof the following:

 

3.6        Union means the Australasian Meat Industry Employees' Union, Newcastle and Northern Branch.

 

2.          Delete subclause 32.1 of clause 32, Area, Incidence and Duration, and insert in lieu thereof the following:

 

32.1      This Award is made following a review under section 19 of the Industrial Relations Act 1996 and rescinds and replaces the Butter, Cheese and Bacon Factories and Milk and Cream Condenseries. (Newcastle and Northern) Award published 29 September 1995 (288 IG 185) as varied and the Butter, Cheese and Bacon Factories and Milk and Cream Condenseries Superannuation (Newcastle and Northern) Award published 7 June 1989 (252 I.G. 756).
