VARIATION
1. Delete
subclause 5.2.1 of clause 5.2, Wages, of Part 5, Wages and Related Matters, of the
award published 1 September 2000 (318 I.G. 236) and insert in lieu there of the
following:
5.2.1 State Wage Case
Adjustments
The rates of pay in this award include the adjustment
payable under the State Wage Case of 2004.
This adjustment may be offset against:
(a) any equivalent
over-award payments; and/or
(b) award wage
increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case and minimum
rates adjustments.
