VARIATION

 

1.          Delete Part B, Monetary Rates, of the Award published 31 May 2002 (333 I.G. 1095), and insert in lieu thereof the following:

The minimum ranges in which persons covered by this Award salary shall be set out as follows:

*This rate shall be adjusted in line with movements in the consumer price index in a fashion provided in clause 13 (f) of this award. Any results less than half a cent shall be rounded down with amounts equal to or greater than half a cent to be rounded up to the nearest cent.

 

 

 

 

 

 

2.          This variation shall take effect from the first pay period to commence on or after 3 May 2004.
