WINDSCREENS O'BRIEN (GLASS WORKERS) ENTERPRISE BARGAINING 1995 AWARD

 

INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS COMMISSION OF NEW SOUTH WALES

 

Review of Award pursuant to Section 19 of the Industrial Relations Act 1996.

 

(No. IRC 5715 of 2003)

 

 

REVIEWED AWARD

 

1.          Delete the reference to the Building Workers' Industrial Union of Australia, New South Wales Branch in clause 3, Parties Bound, of the Award published 21 June 1996 (293 I.G. 518) and insert in lieu thereof the following:

 

Construction, Forestry, Mining and Energy Union (New South Wales Branch)

 

2.          Delete clause 8, Wages, and insert in lieu thereof the following:

 

8.  Wages

 

The wage rates for this Award are fixed by Table 1 of Part B of the Parent Award as amended from time to time.

 

3.          Delete the reference to the Building Workers' Industrial Union of Australia, New South Wales Branch, in subclause (3) of clause 13, Disputes Procedure, and insert in lieu thereof the following:

 

Construction, Forestry Mining and Energy Union (New South Wales Branch)

 

4.          Delete subclause (4) of the said clause 13 and insert in lieu thereof the following:

 

(4)        If the matter is not settled in accordance with subclause (3) of this clause, then the matter shall be referred to the Industrial Relations Commission of New south Wales.

 

5.          Insert at the end of clause 14, Area and Incidence, the following new paragraphs:

 

The changes made to the Award pursuant to the Award Review under section 19(6) of the Industrial Relations Act 1996 and Principle 26 of the Principles for Review of Awards made by the Industrial Relations Commission of New South Wales on 28 April 1999 (310 I.G. 359) take effect on and from 8 June 2004.

 

This award remains in force until varied or rescinded, the period for which it was made already having expired.
