VARIATION
1. Delete
subclause (c) of clause 5, Supported Wage, of the award published 9 February
2001 (322 I.G. 172), and insert in lieu thereof the following:
(c) Supported Wage
Rates - Employees to whom this clause applies shall be paid the appropriate
percentage of the minimum rate of pay prescribed by this award for the class of
work which the person is performing, according to the following schedule:

*Where a person's assessed capacity is 10 per cent,
they shall receive a high degree of assistance and support.
2. Delete
paragraph (iii) of subclause (i) Trial Period, of clause 5, and insert in lieu
thereof the following:
(iii) The minimum amount payable to the employee during the trial
period shall be no less than $60.00 per week.
3. Delete Item
Number 3 of Table 2 - Other Rates and Allowances, of Part B - Monetary Rates,
and insert in lieu thereof the following:
