Application by Shop, Distributive and Allied Employees' Association, New South Wales and another, industrial organisation of employees.

VARIATION

 

1.          Delete subclause (d) of clause 12, Wages, of the award published 25 May 2001 (324 I.G. 1181), and insert in lieu thereof the following:

 

(d)        The rates of pay in this award include the adjustments payable under the State Wage Case 2004.  These adjustments may be offset:

 

(i)         any equivalent over award payments, and/or

 

(ii)        award wage increases since 29 May 1991, other than safety net, State Wage Case and minimum rates adjustments.

 

 

2.          Delete (i) Adult Employees of Table 1 - Wages, of Part B, Monetary Rates, and insert in lieu thereof the following:
