VARIATION
1. Delete
subclause (B) of clause 2, Rates of Pay, of the award published 10 November
2000 (320 I.G. 31) and insert in lieu thereof the following:
(B) The rates of pay
in this award include the adjustments payable under the State Wage Case 2004.
These adjustments may be offset against:
(i) any
equivalent over-award payments; and/or
(ii) award wage
increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case and minimum
rates adjustments.
2. Delete
Section 1 - Adult Employees, of Table 1 - Wages, and Table 2 - Other Rates and
Allowances, of Part B, Monetary Rates, and insert in lieu thereof the
following:

Note: These allowances are contemporary for expense-related allowances

3. This
variation shall take effect from the first full pay period to commence on or
after 26 July 2004.
