VARIATION
1. Delete
subclause (vi) of Clause 10 Classification Structure and Wages, of the award published
11 August 2000 (317 I.G. 778), as varied, and insert in lieu thereof:
(vi) The rates of
pay in this award include the adjustments payable under the State Wage Case of
2004. These Adjustments may be offset
against:
(i) any
equivalent over award payments, and/or
(ii) award wage
increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case, and minimum
rates adjustments.
2. Delete
subclause (i) of Table 1 - Wages and Table 2 - Other Rates and Allowances of
Part B Monetary Rates and insert in lieu thereof the following:
