REVIEWED AWARD
1. Delete
subclauses (i) and (ii) of clause 3, Application, of the award published 15
December 2000 (321 I.G. 20) and insert in lieu thereof the following:
(i) This clause
shall apply in respect of full-time and part-time persons employed in the
classifications specified in the following awards:
(a) AWU New South
Wales Thoroughbred Racing Board (State) Consolidated Award published 31 May
2002 (333 I.G. 1095);
(b) Sydney
International Aquatics Centre and Sydney International Athletics Centre (State)
Award 1999, as varied;
(c) Sydney
Aquarium Staff (State) Award 1998, as varied; and
(d) Adecco
Projects Australia Pty Ltd Homebush Bay and other Venues Award 2000, as varied.
(ii) This award
shall only apply to employers who employ 15 or more employees immediately prior
to the termination of employment of employees.
2. Insert at the
end of clause 10, Area, Incidence and Duration, the following new paragraph:
The changes made to the award pursuant to the Award Review
under section 19(6) of the Industrial Relations Act 1996 and Principle
26 of the Principles for Review of Awards made by the Industrial Relations
Commission of New South Wales on 28 April 1999 (310 I.G. 359) take effect on
and from 14 July 2004.
This award remains in force until varied or rescinded, the
period for which it was made already having expired.
