REVIEWED AWARD
1. Delete the
words "Federated Clerks’ Union of Australia, New South Wales Branch"
of the award published 26 April 2002 (332 I.G. 1409) appearing in paragraph
(b)(ii) of clause 3, Parties to the Award, and insert in lieu thereof the
following:
New South Wales, Local Government, Clerical,
Administrative, Energy, Airlines and Utilities Union
2. Delete the
words "Metal and Engineering Workers' Union" appearing in paragraph
(b)(iii) of clause 3, Parties to the Award, and insert in lieu thereof the
following:
Automotive, Food, Metals, Engineering, Printing &
Kindred Industries Union
3. Delete
subclause (3) of clause 5, Term of Award, and insert in lieu thereof the
following:
This Award has been reviewed pursuant to
Section 19(6) of the Industrial Relations Act 1996 and Principle 26 of the
Principles for Review of Awards made by the Industrial Relations Commission of
NSW on 18 December 1998 (308 I.G. 307).
Any changes arising from the Review take effect on and from 2 August 2004.
4. Delete in the
Arrangement and body of the Award Clause 18, Wage Adjustments, and renumber
existing clause 19, No Duress, to read as clause 18:
