VARIATION
1. Delete clause
10, Arbitrated Safety Net Adjustment, of the award published 10 November 2000
(320 I.G. 56) and insert in lieu thereof the following:
The rates of pay in this award include the adjustments
payable under the State Wage Case 2004.
These adjustments may be offset against:
(i) any
equivalent over-award payments; and/or
(ii) award wage
increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case and minimum
rates adjustments.
2. Delete the
amount of $692.00 appearing in subclause (i) of clause 25, Exemptions, and
insert in lieu thereof the following:
$714.00
3. Delete Part
B, Monetary Rates, and insert in lieu the following:
