VARIATION
1. Delete
paragraph (a) of subclause 18.1 of 18, Classifications and Wage Rates, of the award
published 31 August 2001 (327 I.G. 279), and insert in lieu thereof the
following:
(a) Wage Rates -
New Classification Structure
Subject to subclause (c) of this clause, the following
amounts shall be applied where appropriate for the purposes of the calculation
of the hourly rate under 18.3 of this award.

3. Delete the
amount of "$62.60" appearing in paragraph (a) and (c) of subclause
24.4 of the said clause 24, and insert in lieu thereof the following amount of
"$64.20."
4. Delete the
amount of "$3.10" appearing in paragraph (c) of subclause 24.4 of the
said clause 24, and insert in lieu thereof the following amount of
"$3.20."
5. Delete the
amount of $9.90 in appearing subclause 24.6 of the said clause 24 and replace
it with the following amount: $10.20.
6. Delete the
amount of $1,283.00 appearing subparagraph (a) of paragraph 24.7.2 of subclause
24.7 of the said clause 24 and replace it with the following amount: $1,315.00.
7. Delete
subclause 37.12 of clause 37, Living Away from Home - Distant Work, and insert
in lieu thereof the following:
