VARIATION
1. Delete
subclause (iv) of clause 10 Public Holidays, of the award published 14 September
2001 (327 I.G. 819) and insert in lieu thereof the following:
(iv) The third
Wednesday of February shall be recognised as an additional holiday. An employer and an employee, or an employer
and the majority of employees in an establishment, may agree to observe an
alternative day as a holiday in lieu of the third Wednesday of February.
2. This
variation shall take effect from 13 March 2006.
