VARIATION
1. Delete the
words "Union Picnic Day" in subclause (a) of clause 17 Public
Holidays, of the award published 1 June 2001 (325 I.G. 112) and insert in lieu thereof
the following:
"the Tuesday following Easter Monday"
2. Delete
subclause (b) of clause 17 public Holidays, and insert in lieu thereof the
following:
(b) In relation to
the holiday to be taken on the Tuesday following Easter Monday, the employer
and the employees in any establishment may by agreement substitute another day
to be taken as a holiday in lieu of this day.
3. This
variation shall take effect from 6 March 2006.
