VARIATION
1. Insert after
paragraph (h)(v), of clause 2, Definitions, of the award published 13 January
2006 (356 I.G. 242), the following new paragraph:
(vi) A teacher may be
employed under the Inclusion Support Program for a period not exceeding three
years between 1 January 2006 and 31 December 2008. All other conditions of employment remain the same. The parties have agreed to meet to discuss
any extension of the program beyond December 2008 before October 2008.
2. This
variation shall take effect on and from 3 March 2006.
