CORRECTION

 

1.          Delete Instruction 1, and substitute the following:

 

1.          Delete items 3, 4, 7, 17, 18 and 19, of Table 2 - Other Rates and Allowances, of Part B Monetary Rates, appearing in the Appendix of the award published 5 October 2001 (328 I.G. 261), and insert in lieu thereof the following:
