REVIEWED
AWARD
1. Delete from
clause 2, Parties of the award published 6 May 2005 (350 I.G. 972), the
following respondents:
Illawarra Division of General Practice; and
Hunter Rural Division of General Practice
2. Rename in
clause 2, the following respondent from "Hastings Macleay Division of
General Practice" to read as follows:
"Hastings Macleay General Practice Network"
3. Insert after
subclause (d) of clause 43, Area, Incidence and Duration the following new
subclauses:
(e) The changes made
to the award pursuant to the Award Review pursuant to section 19(6) of the Industrial
Relations Act 1996 and Principle 26 of the Principles for Review of Awards
made by the Industrial Relations Commission of New South Wales on 28 April 1999
(310 I.G. 359) take effect on and from 23 November 2007.
(f) This award
remains in force until varied or rescinded, the period for which it was made
already having expired.
