VARIATION
1. Delete
paragraph (b) of subclause (1) of clause 6, Wage Rates of the award published 29
May 2009 (368 I.G. 264), and insert in lieu thereof the following:
(b) The rates of pay
in this award include the adjustments payable under the State Wage Case 2009.
These adjustments may be offset against:
(i) any equivalent
overaward payments, and/or
(ii) award wage
increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case and minimum
rates adjustments.
2. Delete Table 1
to Table 6 of Part B Monetary Rates, and insert in lieu thereof the following:
