VARIATION
1. Delete
subclause (iv) of clause 17, Wages, of the award published 2 May 2008 (365 I.G.
723) and insert in lieu thereof the following:
(iv) Arbitrated
Safety Net Adjustments
The rates of pay in this award include the adjustments
payable under the State Wage Case of 2009. These adjustments may be offset
against:
(i) any equivalent
over award payments, and/or
(ii) award wage
increases since 29 May 1991 other than Safety Net, State Wage Case, and Minimum
Rates Adjustments".
2. Delete Table 1
- Minimum Award Wage Rates, and Table 2 - Other Rates and Allowances, of
Appendix A - Wage Rates and Allowances, and insert in lieu thereof the
following:
