VARIATION
1. Delete
subclause (l) of clause 9, Overtime, of the award made 13 July 2017 and insert
in lieu thereof the following:
(l) All overtime
worked by shift workers on Saturdays and Sundays shall be paid for at the
appropriate overtime rate prescribed in subclause (b) of this clause, such
overtime to be cumulative upon the ordinary time penalties applicable to such
days of work.
2. These
variations shall take effect on and from 19 April 2017.
