VARIATION

 

1.         Delete the words "26 weeks" in subclause 74.7 of clause 74, Sick Leave - Workers Compensation and replace with "13 weeks" of the award published 9 February 2018 (382 I.G. 325).

 

2.         Delete the words "section 51" in subclause 74.7 of clause 74, Sick Leave - Workers Compensation and replace with "section 87F commutation by agreement".

 

3.         Delete Part F - Monetary Rates and insert in lieu thereof the following:

Salaries and Classifications

 

1.1      At the time of the making of this Award, no officer covered by this Award will suffer a reduction in his or her rate of pay or any loss or diminution in his or her conditions of employment as a consequence of the making of this Award.

 

1.2      The classifications and salary rates set out in Tables 1 to 4 in Part E, Monetary Rates of this Award, are set in accordance with the Crown Employees (Public Sector - Salaries 2018) Award. Should there be any variation or replacement Award of this Award, Insurance and Care staff members will maintain the same salary relationship.
