VARIATION
1. Delete
subclause (m) of Part A, clause 1, Definitions, of the award published 6 March
2020 (386 I.G. 1210) and insert in lieu thereof the following:
(m) "Union"
means the Independent Education Union of Australia NSW/ACT Branch and/or HSU
NSW.
2. This variation
shall take effect on and from 27 May 2020.
