VARIATION
1. Delete
subclauses 2.10 and 2.11 of clause 2, Definitions, of the award published 8 May
2020 (387 I.G. 1068) and insert in lieu thereof the following:
2.10 "Industrial
Relations Secretary" means the Secretary of Premier and Cabinet.
2.11 "Personnel
Handbook" means the Public Service Industrial Relations Guide, published
by the Industrial Relations Secretary, or any replacement publication.
2. Delete Part B, Monetary
Rates and insert in lieu thereof the following:

3. This variation
