VARIATION

 

1.        Delete the word "Industry" from the title of the Award published 20 January 2023 (393 I.G. 1087).

 

2.        Delete clause 1, Title and insert in lieu thereof the following:

 

1.  Title

 

This Award will be known as the Crown Employees (Department of Planning and Environment) Sydney Olympic Park Authority Managed Sports Venues Award 2022.

 

3.        Delete subclauses 35.5 and 35.6 of clause 35, Area, Incidence and Duration and insert in lieu thereof the following:

 

35.5    The award will operate from 1 July 2022 and remain in force until 30 June 2024.

 

4.        Delete Part B and insert in lieu thereof the following:
