1. Delete
paragraph (iii) of subclause (a) of clause 3, Area, Incidence and Duration, of
the award published 2 December 2022 (392 I.G. 645) and insert in lieu thereof
the following:
(iii) will be binding
upon the Australian Workers’ Union, New South Wales, its officers and members,
the United Workers’ Union, New South Wales Branch, its officers and members and
employees, whether they are members of the union or not.
2. This
variation will take effect on and from 15 November 2023.
